Good luck getting this

Good luck getting this through the State Engineer's office, Vidler was issued permits for the remainder of the groundwater basin's unappropriated water plus the magical carbonate water has already been determined not to be a factor here. Look for a future play for the underground water across the border, Nevada water law allows out of state wellsites. Any new large water filings in Sandy Valley are doomed. Let's hope. Do not forget any new application can be pprotested within 30 days of the last day of publication, with the forms found at the NDWR in Carson City on their website.
