In the past I played with Skype to kill a little time. It seemed like a great idea but not one I'd gotten into. If we had a more reliable connection maybe I'd consider it but it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense with the satellite albatross.Today, however, Skype announced they are not charging for calls placed to traditional telephones through the end of the year. Time to investigate.
